Our client is seeking an  Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO of a New York City–based political organization. This full-time, on-site role requires discretion, strong judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO, managing priorities and communications
  • Prepare correspondence and meeting materials
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution
  • Support special projects and time-sensitive initiatives as needed
  • Maintain organization of digital and physical files

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience supporting a CEO 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Must be able to work full-time on-site in a New York City office

Salary: $80K - $140K per year
