Housekeeper/Laundress- Naples, FL

Our client is seeking a full-time Housekeeper/Laundress to join their long-standing household team in Naples, FL. This is a hands-on position responsible for the full-charge housekeeping of the top floor of the residence and laundry for the principals. The ideal candidate is experienced, dependable, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service with a high level of attention to detail. 

Responsibilities: 

• Perform high-level housekeeping and deep cleaning duties throughout the home (top floor focus).  

• Manage all laundry tasks, including washing, ironing, folding, and fabric care 

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all living spaces.  

• Take weekly inventory of household supplies and restock as needed 

• Maintain wardrobe organization with attention to detail and care instructions 

• Collaborate with the housekeeping team and broader household staff to maintain seamless daily operations.  

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a private household, with proven longevity and long-term employment.  

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness 

• Proficient in caring for delicate fabrics and executing advanced laundry care 

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. 

• Able to pass a comprehensive background check and provide verifiable references.  

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm (with a 30-minute lunch). Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with plenty of notice given.   

Salary: $25 to $35 per hour. Full benefits offered: 401(k), health benefits, and PTO
